The boys cross country team graduated 6 seniors from last years FSL and State Championship Team. This years team has many new faces and will strive to continue the strong running tradition at GFS. Coaching the team this year is Tom Myran. Coach Myran has been the track coach at Germantown Friends School for 10 years winning 4 Friends League Championships. This years captain is Nat Olin. Nat is an All Friends League runner in both track and cross country. Nat will give solid leadership to this young team. Other members of the team are senior Mike Horvick, juniors Jonas Crimm, Michael Havazelet, sophomores Ben Kornacki, Damon Rocco and Jasper Sneff Nanni, freshman Max Kaulbach, Shohei Kurokawa, Jake McKenzie, Isaac Ortiz, George Stanley, Brad Thompson, and Paul Evans. In the Episcopal Invitational Max Kaulbach led the team by placing 18th out of 80 runners with a time of 19:26.
