| Girls Soccer over Friends' Central for Felsen Cup Point

| Senior tri-captain Lydia Kring netted two goals and assisted on another (buried by senior Nina Voith) to lead the GFS girls’ soccer team to a 3-1 victory over rival Friends Central. The Tigers speed up front, solid defending in the back third, and steady goal keeping by junior Molly Tow were the difference in the contest today. GFS improved to 3-0 in the league and 4-1 overall. They next face the George School for mid-season first place bragging rights at home on Tuesday.
