Financial Aid Application Process

To qualify for financial aid application review:
1. A student must have received an enrollment contract for the following school year. These may be held for current students for academic or financial reasons.
2. Current families’ tuition accounts must be in good standing.

To apply for financial aid:
1. Click on the FAST button icon to begin. The application process itself is self-guided. There is a non-refundable application fee of $36. You may navigate in and out of the program which allows you to partially complete an application and go back to it later. A helpline is available 24 hours a day by calling 1- 877- 326- FAST.
2. After completing the online application, you are required to mail a signed copy of your 2011 Federal and State tax returns, all schedules, and W-2’s to ISM:

PLEASE NOTE: Completion of your 2011 tax forms requires a very fast turn-around after receipt of W-2’s at the end of January, and without the 2011 information, your application is not complete. In the event that you cannot file your 2011 returns by the deadline of FEBRUARY 3, 2012, please contact the Director of Financial Aid, Laura Myran at 215-951- 2345.

CONFIDENTIALITY

All applicants’ materials, records, and award amounts are kept confidential. Financial Aid applications are reviewed only by FAST, the members of the Financial Aid Committee, the Director of Financial Aid and the Financial Aid Coordinator.  Families are expected to keep the amount of their award confidential as well.
