Lower School

Active and spirited engagement is at the heart of the Music Department’s program.  In all three divisions, students have numerous opportunities to develop their musical talents by making music, and to cultivate their musical skills and knowledge through further study.  Concerts and performances by many students at every level bring a sense of joy to audience and performers alike, and help to create a sense of community.

LOWER SCHOOL

Lower School students are presented with a wide range of musical opportunities at all grade levels be it their weekly music classes, private music lessons, music assemblies, performances and their individual classroom musicals coordinated with the help of the classroom teachers and music faculty. These performances given during the weekly assembly and in the evenings have become a much anticipated tradition in the lower school for parents, faculty and the students.
