Job Details

Admissions Marketing Associate (P/T)

Germantown Friends School is seeking a part-time Admissions Marketing Associate to assist with outreach, marketing, and communication of our admissions and enrollment events. This person will be supported by and work with the Communications and Admissions teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Creation of event registrations.
  • Drafting and design (within a template) of emails.
  • Sending emails, tracking of recipient open and bounce rates, replies, and event registration totals.
  • Sending reminder/confirmation emails.
  • Other Admissions marketing tasks as assigned.

Additional information:

  • Knowledge of Veracross data platform a plus.
  • In-person attendance at one or two weekly meetings is expected, otherwise this job can be done remotely.
  • PA clearances required. 
  • 15-20 hours weekly through mid-April.
