Friends Free Library Unveils Student Summer Reading Quilt
In February, the Friends Free Library hosted two events to celebrate the reading and artistry of 101 GFS students who created quilt patches as part of our 2022 Early Childhood and Lower School summer reading program.
Dozens of students and their families, along with faculty and staff, gathered to view the finished quilts and explore the website that GFS junior Nafisa Martey created to highlight the project.
