This summer, rising 9th Graders will have the opportunity to train with our Strength & Conditioning Coach, Matt Sheehan, The days & hours will be posted soon, but students can also contact firstname.lastname@example.org to speak about some workouts they can do even if they're away this summer.
Additionally, Monday, August 19, is the official start date for the fall athletic season! A detailed schedule will be published on the GFS Athletics website, along with coach contact information.
NEW THIS YEAR: During the week of August 12, the Athletic Training Staff will be hosting a "Build Your Fitness Week" for any and all athletes who want to come and start or continue their workouts with professional coaches. Our goal is to give our student athletes more opportunities to prepare for the fall season. New students, new athletes are welcome!
