We're going to keep the scope wide for this next challenge. Maybe you have a starter and are already making sourdough loaves? Maybe, like our fearless Bake Off leader Geo Decas O'Donnell, your starter just collapsed and you're trying to revive it so you're going to bake bread with a biga or poolish (flour and yeast that lend a nice, tangy depth of flavor)? Maybe you have no yeast whatsoever so you want to try making soda bread or cornbread? Maybe you want to make some sweet or savory quick bread? Or pizza dough? Focaccia? A flatbread of sorts? Pretzels? Bagels? Biscuits? The options are endless!
Whatever bready goodness you decide to make (with gluten or without!), please send your photos to Geo by Tuesday, May 26 (since we're off on Monday for Memorial Day), at firstname.lastname@example.org.
