All Germantown Friends School students, families, faculty, staff, alumni, and friends are invited to join our Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service as we honor and celebrate his life and legacy. As a day on, rather than a day off, we will kick off with keynote speaker Kenneth Salaam aka Freedom Smitty, followed by a full morning of workshops and volunteer opportunities, including snacks and lunch.

Mission Possible

Protecting Freedom, Justice, and Democracy in the Spirit of Nonviolence 365.

The work of the Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. demonstrated that nonviolence is the sustainable solution to injustice and violence in our world, ultimately leading to the creation of the Beloved Community, where injustice ceases, and love prevails.
