Annual Fund

Every year, the Annual Fund provides GFS with the flexibility to respond to the immediate needs of the school, allows us to grow meaningful experiences for every student, and it is essential to the financial health of GFS. Thanks to the generosity of our supporters, GFS is able to provide transformative educational opportunities for every student. The collective impact and commitment of our alumni, parents, faculty, grandparents, and friends are powerful, and all gifts are important to our mission.

What Does Your Gift Support?

The greater the participation, the more GFS will be able to continue to offer excellence in education to our dynamic students and support our superb faculty and the curricula they create.  Donors may designate their gift to the following areas:

Blue & White Society

The Blue & White Society recognizes GFS' leadership donors. Through their ambitious and generous gifts through the Annual Fund, endowed funds, EITC, OSTC, capital, and unrestricted funds, this circle of donors provides invaluable leadership within our community.

  • Coulter Street Stewards $25,000-$49,999
  • Germantown Avenue Associates $10,000-$24,999
  • Tiger Torchbearers $5,000-$9,999
  • 1845 Partners $1,845-$4,999

Giving Day: #ShowYourLoveGFS!

Giving Day, held on Valentine's Day each year, is a special opportunity for our community to come together in support of GFS through donations to the Annual Fund.

Our entire community, including students, faculty, alumni, parents, caregivers, grandparents, and friends show appreciation (and love!) for GFS on campus and online.  Giving challenges from parents, grandparents, and alumni contribute to the tremendous goodwill for GFS on this exciting day.

Family-to-Family Volunteer Program

The GFS Family-to-Family fundraising volunteer program is designed for GFS parent and caregiver volunteers to work at their own pace while fundraising for GFS through the Annual Fund.

To learn more and volunteer, please contact Annual Fund Director Louisa Garrido.
