Health and Safety
If your child has an epi-pen and/or an inhaler, please plan to leave the device(s) with the director of your child's camp or with the athletic trainer (if attending camp at the GFS Fields) at registration on the first day of your child's camp.
Please also plan to pick up the epi-pen and/or inhaler on the last day your child will be attending camp.
If your child will take any prescription medications during camp, the medication must be left with the director of your child's camp and will be administered solely by camp personnel; campers may not keep medications with them.
If your child is not enrolled in GFS, you must provide a copy of your child’s immunization records, including documentation to confirm that your child has completed a TB (Tuberculosis) test.
If your child has any medical concerns or physical limitations, please share that information during registration with the director of your child's camp, with the Director of Summer Camps, and/or with the trainer in person.
GFS will have an athletic trainer available during the Athletic Camps. In addition, members of the GFS Summer Camps Team are CPR, AED, and First Aid certified.
