The first step in the application process is to create an online inquiry and an Admissions account below. As you move through the application, we will help you complete the different checklist items within the process. We are currently conducting remote parent interviews via video chat. Once you have completed the Demographic Info, Parent Questionnaire and submitted the $45 application fee, parent interview time slots will appear in your Veracross portal, where you can sign up.

Please Note: At GFS, students ages 5 and older are required to complete the COVID-19 vaccination. It is likely that GFS will extend the vaccine requirement to students 4 and under in the future. Exemptions from the vaccination requirement may be requested on an individual basis with the GFS Nurses. Everyone 6 months of age and older is now eligible to get a COVID-19 vaccination. More information is available here: PDPH Vaccine and Booster Info

We are here to help you through the process and happy to answer any questions you may have. Please contact us at

Note: GFS does not generally accept applications to grade 12. If you are interested in grade 12 admission, please call us to discuss further.

Parent interviews are a chance for us to get to know your family!

We will learn about your child, and answer any questions you have about GFS. They typically last about an hour and are conducted via Zoom. If you aren’t familiar with video chat, don’t worry — we’re here to help!
